Anti Candida Diet Recepies

Delicious anti Candida Drink

Cure Yeast Infecton FastThis can be made by adding a handful of spinach, fresh herbs like cilantro, parsley, basil, a celery stalk, lemon juice and garlic in two glasses of water. Mix all these into a blender till all the ingredients are completely mixed. Make sure that you do not add sugar since sugar should be avoided at all costs. Though the taste of the drink is extremely good, some people may want to add a pinch of salt to the drink to suit their palette.

Anti Candida Soup

Take 2 zucchinis, a medium size onion, 2 garlic cloves and 2 tablespoons of olive oil and sea salt. Steam the onions and zucchini and blend them. Add the garlic cloves and olive oil. Add water till you achieve the desired consistency and add in the sea salt to taste.

Yogurt Lamb

This anti Candida lamb recipe will require the following ingredients:

Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
Onion – 1 medium sized onion chopped finely
Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
Mustard seeds – 1 teaspoon
Crushed coriander seeds – 1 teaspoon
Chili powder – half a teaspoon
Natural yogurt – 1 cup
2 lamb steaks
Salt and pepper - for added taste

Fry the lamb steaks till they are cooked. Cook the onion till pink and add all the seeds. Stir for a few seconds and then add salt and pepper. Cover the lamb with the cooked paste and make sure to cover both sides. Cover the lamb steak with natural yogurt and place it in an oven dish at medium temperature. Garnish with mint leaves and coriander leaves while serving.

Anti Candida Snacks

Some snack options that can help you find something to eat when you want to munch on something and do not want to eat foods that will increase the chances of the yeast infection coming back are mentioned below for your convenience.

Nuts and seeds – Organic nuts are the best or those that are freshly cracked should be preferred.
Coconut - Crack a coconut and you can find good delicious coconut to nibble on.
Popcorn – Either pop some in your machine or ensure that the ones that you have do not contain sugar or yeast for flavoring.
Rice cakes and oatcakes - can make great anti Candida snacks that can be consumed in between meals if the hunger pangs are uncontrollable.

These recipe and suggestions mentioned above should help you in starting off on your anti Candida diet. However, as you move along, you will realize the specific ingredients that help in an anti Candida environment and those are provide a favorable environment to the yeast. Once you are familiar with the ingredients to use and those to avoid, you can get creative and make various dishes on your own. Adopting an anti Candida diet can help you manage yeast infections in the long run. This long term approach is what can keep these recurring and resilient infections at bay.
